Arsenal and Newcastle United are interested in PSV Eindhoven winger Memphis Depay, according to Goal.com.
The 19-year-old left winger has impressed for PSV this term, earning himself a senior international call up.
Depay has made 23 appearances this season for the Dutch side, having started every game he's featured in.
His seven goals and five assists in the Eredivisie and Europa League are a great return for a teenager.
Arsenal and Newcastle are said to be interested in snapping up the youngster before his stock rises to much, so a January deal could be on the cards for the Ghanaian-born Dutch international.
Transfermarkt.com values the winger at only £2.2 million, meaning the Premier League clubs will want to act quickly before his price tag sky rockets.
Praised for his speed and acceleration, Depay featured on a 2012 list of under-20-year-olds to look out for in the future, including FC Barcelona's Brazilian wonder-kid Neymar.
Gunners boss Arsene Wenger could do worse than bring the youngster to the Emirates Stadium, but will have to stave off interest from Alan Pardew before the transfer window closes this month.
