New York Jets' tight-end Kellen Winslow has been accused of masturbating in public whilst in his vehicle, before an arrest for pot on November 19th, 2013, according to court reports.

What was once an arrest for the possession of synthetic marijuana has now turned to an investigation of indecency.

NJ.com has reported that a women called police to the scene in a parking lot where she believed Winslow to be masturbating. She had parked her car near Winslow's Cadillac Escalade.

Winslow was sitting with his window wide open, and the woman allegedly saw his erect penis. The Jet star's representatives since denied those claims on Twitter, explaining they were 'unfounded and ridiculous.'

A police report has said that Winslow was found, 'slouched in his seat and moving around.' He then sprang upright when interviewed on the scene by police.

The office reportedly wrote that 'his genitals were not exposed', however, 'two open containers of Vaseline [were on] his center console. The tight-end also claimed he was changing clothes and looking for Boston market.

Winslow didn't realise at the time what he was smoking was illegal, and allegedly told police he smoked 'Mr Happy' and 'Funky Monkey' to relax after games.
