Seattle fans will be well catered for Sunday with coffee for only 12 cents, as their beloved Seahawks host 49ers in the NFC Championship Game.

A 12 ounce coffee will be offered to all fans wearing the blue and green colours for only 12cents at participating Starbucks Washington State stores.

The fans in the North West are known around the league as the '12th man', and fittingly they have been offered warm beverages to brave the cold weather.

The move is likely to go down well with fans of the Seahawks, and even health professionals who may fear for the health of fans braving the cold.

At the Packers home game against the 49ers in the Wildcard Round, fans were urged not to drink cold beverages. With prices as low as this, Seahawks should be fine.

It's a fitting celebration for the Seahawks as they look to cap off an excellent season with an appearance in the Super Bowl.

A statement on the Starbucks website explains, "Calling all Seahawks fans! Join us in supporting our hometown team. Show your fan pride by wearing Seahawks colors to any participating Starbucks® store in Washington on Blue Friday, January 17, and receive a Tall (12 fl oz) Brewed Coffee for just 12 cents."
