Arsene Wenger has a strong reputation for nurturing and developing promising young talent, and this is reflected in the fact that there are currently an unrivalled 27 Arsenal academy products actively playing in England's top-flight, or across the continent in Italy, Spain, France or Germany.

In order for a player to be regarded as a homegrown talent, they must have spent at least three seasons at any one club between the age of 15 and 21, regardless of their nationality.
