Macklemore provides shocking Seahawks' NFC Championship winning dance

Seattle Seahawks trailed the San Francisco 49ers 10-3 at half-time in the NFC Championship Game Sunday, before Macklemore and Richard Sherman inspired their comeback win.

That's right, Macklemore. The Seahawks' fan performed at half-time for the '12th Man', and certainly got them whipped up into a frenzy, which helped Seattle through to the Super Bowl.

Cue post-game celebrations in the hosts' locker room when coach Peter Carroll introduced a little fun into proceedings, with Macklemore coming up for a dance.

"Just for fun we got a little something," Carroll says on the video. "This might be the last time we can do something until we get back, this is why the party can start now a little bit.

"Have we got a little music in this place? We got a touchdown song, and we've got the guy who is the greatest music guy in the world."

Enter Macklemore and the worst celebration dance ever seen. See HERE for video.

Right after he bro hugs Carroll, the singer proceeds to wave his towel around like a Pittsburgh Steelers fan.

We can forgive the music star for getting a little stage fright, after all it was the Seahawks' players who took centre stage Sunday after half-time, and boy did they deliver when it mattered.

Role on the Super Bowl, and we'll see if Macklemore is still dancing when Peyton Manning is done with the Seahawks.
