Arsenal are yet to make a bid for Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur target Paul-Georges Ntep, according to the player’s agent.

The 21-year-old French forward has been heavily linked with a move to the Premier League in the January transfer window, with the Gunners, Blues and Spurs all monitoring the player.

However, agent Mario Knez insists that ‘nothing is true’ with regards to press speculation, and that Arsene Wenger has not made an offer to bring the player to the Emirates Stadium.

"Nothing is true. As the Auxerre president has said, he has not receieved any offers from Arsenal for him,” he told Tuttomercatoweb.

"Roma? No, at the moment there is no contact with the Giallorossi."

Ntep has come to the attention of clubs like Arsenal after scoring seven goals in just 17 Ligue 2 appearances this season.

And, whilst the Gunners haven’t tabled an offer for the player, Knez admits his client could be on the move from Auxerre.

"There is a chance, of course. When a footballer is having a good year, Auxerre is open to negotiating," he added.

"There is no price set at the moment, but the club have proven to be realistic and responsible.”

Reports in Metro last week claimed £7million could be the figure for Arsenal to bring the player to the capital.

But they aren’t the only club keen on the player, talkSPORT claims, with Chelsea also said to have monitored the youngster in the past.

The Blues have plenty of options up-front, with Samuel Eto’o, Fernando Torres and Demba Ba all vying for first team chances and Romelu Lukaku set to return to Stamford Bridge at the end of the season.

Ntep would find himself at the bottom of the Chelsea pecking order if Jose Mourinho brought him to the club, but he’d have time on his side to fight his way into the senior side.
