Kevin Durant believes that Golden State Warriors guard, Stephen Curry is the greatest shooter of all time.
Durant made the declaration on twitter earlier today in response to a question. Nick Yoko asked the Oklahoma City Thunder star:
"You or Steph Curry in a 3-Point contest?" "Steph any day" responded Durant, "best shooter to ever play."
Durant has had some admirers of his own in recent weeks as he claimed a NBA player of the week title and averaged 31 points per game this season including a three point field goal percentage of .413.
Curry is having a good season of his own, with 23.5 points per game and a .442 percentage from beyond the arc, maybe Durant's praise is warranted.
However, Curry is currently overshadowed in the season's leader chart by Marco Bellinelli and Anthony Tolliver.
Curry's team, the Warriors are currently sixth in the Western Conference and second in the Pacific Division, the same position as they finished last season.
So could we see a Thunder-Warriors matchup in the Western Conference playoffs? We'll see just how great Durant thinks Curry is then.
