Manchester United manager David Moyes' rumoured scouting trip to watch Bayern Munich take on Borussia Monchengladbach in the Bundesliga tonight has been confirmed by German football writer Raphael Honigstien.
Moyes had been rumoured to be making a personal check on the crunch Bundesliga clash earlier this week, looking to take advantage of a weekend without a fixture to examine potential transfer additions up close and personal.
Bayern Munich defender Dante and Gladbach pair Patrick Herrmann and Max Kruse are both believed to be on the United manager's radar, although no formal declaration of interest has been registered for either player at this stage.
Honigstien used his personal Twitter account to make it clear that Moyes will be at Borussia-Park this evening, in the latest leg of his recent scout odyssey across the continent.
The Red Devils has watched a number of potential additions in recent weeks, including a trip to Sardinia to watch Juventus play Cagliari with the likes of Arturo Vidal, Paul Pogba and Claudio Marchisio.
Moyes also watched Paris Saint-Germain just a few days later, fuelling speculation that £37m man Juan Mata won't be the only addition to United's ranks before the transfer window closes.
