The New York winter has been brutally cold, you only need to listen to a few minutes discussion on next week's Super Bowl to know that.
But while most people have been worrying about the game, how they will get to work, or trying to book a holiday to a sunny destination as soon as possible, one plucky baseball mascot just couldn't resist venturing out into the cold unknown.
Harking back to a time when he was just a young little league baseball, New York Met's mascot 'Mr. Met' took to Citi Field's snow covered diamond to make a snow angel.
But he couldn't stop at just one...or two...or three....
As the video shows, he had soon covered nearly the entire playing area in baseball shaped snow angels.
That is how to make the most of a snow day!
