With the World Cup fast approaching, the top stars will be desperate to avoid injuries.

We're only in January and it already appears that one of the biggest names in world football will miss this summer's tournament.

Radamel Falcao, of Colombia, suffered an anterior cruciate ligament injury meaning his hopes of playing in the World Cup now look very sim.

And it was only a couple of weeks ago that England winger Theo Walcott was ruled out of the tournament after suffering knee ligament damage.

So, with the countdown for the World Cup well and truly on, which stars are we praying don't pick up a major injury between now and the tournament?
