Tottenham manager Tim Sherwood is keen on making Juventus striker Domenico Berardi his first signing since taking over from Andre Villas-Boas, according to the Metro.
The 19-year-old Italian recently made headlines after scoring four goals in one match against Serie A giants AC Milan.
And his goalscoring exploits for loan club Sassuolo have alerted several Premier League clubs, including Chelsea, Manchester United and now Tottenham.
Berardi has scored 11 goals in 15 Serie A matches this season, but still faces a difficult challenge to cement a first-team place when he heads back to Turin this summer.
The forward might have more luck if he was to accept a move to Tottenham, where Jermain Defoe recently departed for MLS side Toronto FC.
Berardi would face competition from Emmanuel Adebayor and Roberto Soldado at White Hart Lane, while Juventus possess a wealth of attacking talent in their ranks, including Carlos Tevez, Mirko Vucinic, Sebastian Giovinco, Fabio Quagliarella and Fernando Llorente.
