As we approach the latter stages of the season, which five football clubs - on current form - are the best in the world?
5. Atletico Madrid
Atletico’s Diego Costa is one of the most wanted players in the world since the departure of Rademal Falcao. Costa has been one of the best strikers in La Liga and he is possibly one of the best strikers in world.
Atleti have a team that is able to compete not only in La Liga but also in the Champions League.
4. FC Barcelona
Though they haven’t been playing the most attractive football that we’re usually used to seeing from them, they have been winning and that’s really all that matters.
With Lionel Messi coming back from injury and Neymar getting better and better Barcelona are on course to win La Liga for a second successive time.
Liverpool’s success can be attributed to the form on Luis Suarez. Since coming back from a 10-match suspension he’s been one of the best players in the world.
Liverpool have been on a good run of form and they could possibly finish in the top four this year and once again compete in the Champions League
2. Manchester City
Manchester City are currently the best team in the Premier League at the moment - hands down.
They have probably the most potent strike force in the world. Players like Sergio Aguero, Alvaro Negredo and Edin Dzeko have been scoring for fun as of late, and I’m guessing when Stevan Jovetic gets back from injury he will be in scoring form also.
1. Bayern Munich
The best team in the world by far, Bayern have been absolutely amazing lately and they seem to be getting better and better. They have the best midfield and also possibly the best defence in world football.
They are my picks to win the Bundesliga and the Champions League this year.
