Manchester United have finally sealed the deal for two time Chelsea player of the year Juan Mata. The Spaniard was all smiles when he arrived at the Carrignton and was greeted by David Moyes.

Juan Mata's arrival at Manchester United promises to bring some brilliant entertainment to Old Trafford, even before he's kicked a ball for the club.

The Spaniard is one of the most exciting talents in the Premier League and one of the most likeable players as well.

"Old Trafford is an unbelievable stadium to play football at. I have been here two or three times but always with rivals and now I have the chance to play there as my home. It's going to be different but it will be great because I know how incredible the fans are there." Mata said.

The former Chelsea man was also full of praise for his Spanish team mate David de Gea.

"I am here now and I am very happy to be here, particularly with David because he is a very good friend, an amazing goalkeeper and a top guy. He was important for me in terms of coming here." he stated.

Mata, 25, has 32 caps for the Spanish national team and has played 135 times for Chelsea, scoring 32 goals since signing from Valencia in 2011.

Mata has become United's most expensive transfer with the price tag of £37.1 million. Whether or not Mata succeeds at Manchester United or gets the label of a poor buy is yet to be seen.
