Justin Bieber ban story is ridiculous - Miami Heat owner

Miami Heat owner Micky Arison has rubbished suggestions he has banned pop star Justin Bieber from the American Airlines Arena.

Reports had suggested Arison told Bieber to stay away from Miami Heat's home stadium after the 19-year-old was arrested for driving under the influence last Thursday.

However Arsison has taken to Twitter to deny claims he has banned Bieber from attending games at Miami Heat's home stadium.

The Israeli-born American businessman, who has just shy of 145,000 followers, wrote on his personal Twitter account:

"@The23_ @BeyondTheBuzzer absolutely ridiculous story Justin @justinbieber is always welcome at our @MiamiHEAT games. @scooterbraun."

Bieber, who has been spotted at the American Airlines Arena on many occasions, reportedly had his ticket for the Heat's game against the Los Angeles Lakers revoked due to his arrest.

However Bieber will be allowed to attend games in the future with the Heat's next home game coming against the Oklahoma City on Wednesday.

The Miami Heat are currently top of the Southeast division and are second in the Eastern Conference.
