8. Wilfried Zaha

Manchester United's £15m outlay on Wilfried Zaha last summer was widely received as a good piece of business, securing the long-term future of a creative, dynamic young forward who had proved the talisman in Crystal Palace's promotion push the previous campaign.

Zaha has yet to settle at Old Trafford though, failing to convince new Red Devils boss David Moyes that he deserved more than 30 Premier League minutes during the first half of the campaign.

The 21-year-old is expected to complete a loan move to Cardiff City this week in search of regular first-team opportunities, something the England international desperately needs at this stage of his career.
