Currently the NBA is awash with close match-ups and teams from all around the league beating each other.
However, there are two teams that are riding the crest of the wave at the moment, and those two are the Oklahoma City Thunder and the Brooklyn Nets.
The Nets have been a massive surprise package since the turn of the year, with only one defeat in 2014, and a five-game winning streak.
Oklahoma are on the other end of the spectrum, with a seven-game streak for them as they continue to be inspired by Kevin Durant's elite influence.
This got us thinking at GMS about the longest winning streaks in the NBA, are more specifically, those streaks that have occurred since the turn of the century.
Whether the Thunder and the Nets can continue their streaks and get themselves into this list remains to be seen.
In the mean-time, click through above to see the top five. There will be some familiar faces for sure.
