Fulham have joined Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur in the race to sign Racing Club starlet Luciano Vietto, reports the Daily Mail.
The 20-year-old striker has been heavily linked with a move to Europe, having also attracted interest from the likes of Atletico Madrid, Real Madrid and Manchester City.
Atletico's interest stems from Diego Simeone, the manager that brought the Argentinian through the ranks at Racing, and tipped his compatriot for a bright future in the game.
The fact he is currently represented by Jorge Cyterszpiler, the former agent of Diego Maradona, also tells you just how highly Vietto is rated in his homeland.
Reds boss Brendan Rodgers is believed to be keen to bring the player to Anfield, as he looks to further strengthen his already prolific forward line, that boasts two of the Premier League's most in-form strikers in Luis Suarez and Daniel Sturridge.
Spurs have also been mooted as admirers of the South American star, as Tim Sherwood attempts to freshen up his squad at White Hart Lane.
However, Tottenham and Liverpool will face competition from Fulham, after Rene Meulensteen identified Vietto for a possible summer switch to Craven Cottage, providing the west London club stays in the Premier League.
