Denver Broncos wide receiver Demaryius Thomas says he is looking forward to a physical contest when his team go head to head at the Superbowl against the Seattle Seahawks.
The Seahawks had the strongest defense in the league during the regular season - and they'll go up against a record-breaking offence in what promises to be a truly fascinating encounter in New Jersey.
As Richard Sherman bellowed during his notorious post-game interview following the Seahawks NFC Championship game victory over the San Francisco - the Seahawks defense go by the name of LOB - or the Legion of Boom.
Despite their strength at shutting down their opponents, Demaryius Thomas says he is fact looking forward to going toe-to-toe with the NFC champs on Sunday.
"It don't bother me," he said. "I like getting hit. That's why I play the game."
Team-mate Julius Thoma added that he believes that the game will be decided by who can bring the heat best : "We understand it's going to be a physical game and we have to match their intensity and their physicality"
"You can't come out and get pushed around. That's not something you can do if you're going to win a football game."
The two teams will lock horns at the MetLife Stadium in a chilly New Jersey this Sunday.
