Marshawn Lynch was only on the Super Bowl Media Day podium for six minutes, but it was when he stepped off it that he truly opened up.
By opening up we mean he actually talked. The quiet Beast that Lynch is means he doesn't often make a big deal of himself.
But after a brief interview with NFL Network's Deion Sanders, we got to see into the mindset of one of the leagues best players ahead of Super Bowl VIII between the Seahawks & Broncos.
Asked about his Super Bowl excitement and lack of willing to talk to reporters, 'Beast Mode' admitted he has his mind on winning.
"I'm just about that action, boss," Lynch said beside the field after his six-minute podium session.
"Yeah that's what time it is. Talk means nothing, I've been like that since I was little.
"Hell yeah [I'm looking forward to it]. I just want to go get it."
Explaining his demeanour he added, "Laid back, kicking back and minding my business. Game time dog, I'll be there. This whole experience is great."
