Lewis Holtby's rumoured move to Schalke might not happen and rivals Borussia Dortmund, are interested in obtaining his services according to reports.
Dortmund are keen on sealing the deal in this window, and they don't think Tottenham would ask for that much.
Tottenham would sell Holtby for €6m, a fee that would be no problem for Dortmund.
Dortmund recently learned that winger Jakub Blaszczykowski will miss the rest of the season, while playmaking central midfielder Ilkay Gündogan has been out of action for much of this season. However, Gündogan is expected to return shortly.
I'm not sure whether or not this makes sense for Dortmund or if Spurs really would accept a fee that low.
I'm surprised by this rumour and, for once, I'm at a loss to explain how plausible this is.
