The Denver Broncos are likely to lose running back, Knowshon Moreno at the end of the season according to Ian Rapoport.

Rapoport reported on NFL Network and repeated the news on twitter that "Broncos do not expect to be able to sign RB Knowshon Moreno back for 14. He’s a free agent. Should hit the market."

Moreno has had 10 rushing touchdowns for the Broncos this season and has been the premiere runner ahead of Montee Ball and Ronnie Hillman.

The running back signed a five-year contract in 2009 which  will expire at the end of the season and the 26 year star will expect to receive a notable increase on his $16.7 million sum from 2009.

Eric Decker, Wesley Woodyard, Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie and Mike Adams are also among the Broncos free agents this summer.

Denver will be forced to prioritise their free agents and select carefully through the draft in order to keep their standards of their run to the Super Bowl in check.

Moreno will be a highly valued free agent, should he hit the market with a number of teams in need of an elite running back to support their offense.
