Manchester City ace, Sergio Aguero, has taken to Twitter to reveal that his injury is not as bad as feared, reports the Mirror.
City destroyed Tottenham 5-1 last night, in a display that showcased their attacking attributes, but Aguero limping off before half-time would of caused concern.
However, the 25-year-old in form striker, revealed that his substitution was only a 'precaution'.
He said: "felt some pain in my right hamstring and left just as a precaution."
"My studies will tell me the degree of the injury."
Aguero had netted the opener before he went down with injury, with the game poised at 1-0, City fans will be glad that there was no repercussions in the game.
After the game Man City boss, Manuel Pellegrini, was disappointed with the loss of one his star strikers, but maintained that the team could continue in their free-scoring ways.
As things stand Edin Dzeko or Stevan Jovetic look set to replace the Argentine, with both of the strikers getting on the score sheet last night.
Dzeko has been the preferred option for Pellegrini, however Jovetic took the chance to remind the boss - and City fans - of his talents last night.
