West Ham's resolute defensive performance during their goalless draw with Chelsea at Stamford Bridge last night clearly irritated Jose Mourinho, who suggested that the Hammers were playing football 'from the 19th century.'
Ignoring the apparent hypocrisy from Mourinho - whose own teams aren't exactly renowned for their glamour - for a moment, it is no surprise to see West Ham figure rather prominently on this list given Sam Allardyce's reputation for managing teams that like to get stuck in.
Kevin Nolan is perhaps leading the race to be named the Premier League's dirtiest player this season, with five yellow cards and two reds to his name already.
