Bayern Munich midfielder Thiago Alcantara scored a quite sensational scissor kick winner in the Bundesliga last night, an acrobatic strike made all the more remarkable by the fact that it came in the third minute of added time.

Stoppage-time winners are a unique part of the game but certainly nothing new, a time when special players or unlikely heroes can both take advantage of tired legs or frayed nerves to make a last-gasp difference.

Thiago's strike was so special that it probably deserves to be considered among the best injury-time winners of all time, but which other strikes make our incredible countdown.
