Last week we brought you the story of Seattle Seahawks full back Derrick Coleman and his advert of his struggles becoming the only deaf player in the NFL.

Well since then he was contacted by the father of two nine year girls, both massive Seattle Seahawks fans and both who suffer from hearing problems. The girls immediately related to Coleman and said that he was an inspiration to them and deaf people everywhere.

Coleman saw the girls letter and was moved deeply by their kind words and belief in him. He wrote back to the girls in thanks and today went one step further...

On television show Good Morning America, the two girls were brought in for an interview, unaware of what was about to happen next.

Coleman, taking time from his pre-Super Bowl schedule to meet with the twins, was only the first surprise he brought with him.

“On behalf of Duracell, we want to invite you guys to the Super Bowl,” he told Riley and Erin. “You and your little brother, your dad, your mom…come watch us play.”

“Really?” and “Seriously?” were at first the only words the twins could utter, before eventually giving their hero a hug and a “thank you.”

So, as if they needed it, the Seattle Seahawks and Derrick Coleman in particular will have a couple more fans in the stands cheering them on come Sunday.

A classy act from a true inspiration to everyone.
