Manchester United outcast Federico Macheda could follow Wilfried Zaha and Fabio da Silva to Cardiff City, according to the Daily Mail.
Cardiff announced earlier today that both Zaha and Fabio had completed deals to join the Welsh outfit.
Manchester United winger Zaha, who has failed to break into David Moyes' plans this season, has joined the Bluebirds on loan until the end of the season.
Brazilian full-back Fabio, on the other hand, has joined Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's Cardiff on a permanent deal.
And Italian forward Macheda could join Zaha and Fabio to the Cardiff City Stadium within the next couple of hours.
Solskjaer, who worked with Macheda during his time as Manchester United's reserve team coach, is keen on bolstering his attacking options and has identified the 22-year-old as the man to fill the void left by the outgoing Peter Odemwingie and Andreas Cornelius.
Macheda, who is set to become a free agent in the summer, is surplus to requirements at Old Trafford.
