Will Hernandez leave United?.

Manchester United striker asks to leave - reports

Published 5 Comments

Valencia have reportedly made a bid for Manchester United striker Javier Hernandez.

Metro cite speculation in Spain when claiming that the La Liga outfit have tabled an offer for the Mexican forward.

And, the paper goes on to claim that Los Che would be willing to spend £15million on the player in the summer – providing they secure his services on loan today.

Since the arrival of David Moyes at Manchester United in the summer, Hernandez has made just 14 appearances for the Premier League champions this season.

And, the paper claims Chicharito has asked to leave the Red Devils, as confidence grows at the Mestalla that they can lure the player to Spain.

Following the arrival of Robin van Persie last summer, the 25-year-old has fallen down the pecking order at Manchester United, with Wayne Rooney and Danny Welbeck also vying for first team opportunities.

But, with time ticking down in the transfer window, it would be seen as a major surprise if the striker was to leave Old Trafford for pastures new.
