The latest recruit to officially commit in the run up to national signing day is Frank Ragnow.

Four-star rated offensive tackle Ragnow has announced his commitment to the Arkansas football program today - turning down Florida State Seminoles and the Minnessota Golden Gophers in the process.

Earlier in the recruiting process Ragnow had been expected to pick the Seminoles, but as the reigning national champions continued to recruit on a large scale it seems contact between the player and the school diminished.

Ragnow was also thought to be giving serious consideration to signing with Minnessota, his home state school, with Gophers coach Jerry Kill having visited the player in the past week.

But it seems the lure of SEC football was enough for the Razorbacks, with the 6' 6", 291-pound prospect committing to the school Friday.

Ragnow noted the difficulty of his decision:

"There really wasn't a bad choice today between all three of the school."

Ragnow is listed as the 24th best offensive tackle prospect in the nation according to 24/7 sports rankings
