Manchester City v Chelsea: Predicted line up

Two Premier League heavyweights go head to head on Monday evening as Chelsea travel to the Etihad Stadium to take on Manchester City.

Just three points separate the two teams at the top of the table with Arsenal in between as it stands (before their fixture against Crystal Palace).

Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has been trying to engage in a war of words with his Manchester City counterpart Manuel Pellegrini in the lead up to the game, insisting that his side are aiming for Champions League qualification rather than the title - while also suggesting that the Citizens have been under-achieving.

Soon the time for talking will be over however and Chelsea must try and find a way to become the first team to win at the Etihad Stadium since Norwich back in May.

The Citizens will be without Sergio Aguero after he limped off in the 5-1 win over Tottenham, while Samir Nasri is a long-term absentee.

Chelsea will be without Fernando Torres, meaning Samuel Eto'o will lead the line once more.

Manchester City predicted line up: Hart, Clichy, Zabaleta, Kompany, Dimichellis, Toure, Fernandinho, Silva, Navas, Negredo, Dzeko

Chelsea predicted line up: Cech, Cole, Ivanovic, Cahill, Terry, Luiz, Ramires, Hazard, Willian, Oscar, Eto'o

Score prediction: 2-1
