Julian Speroni has been an asset for Crystal Palace during many previous seasons, unfortunately his future is now unclear as the signing of Wayne Hennessey from Wolves has put his position in jeopardy.
Before promotion to the Premier League, Speroni achieved a new record, becoming the first man to win Palace's "Player of the Year" award for three consecutive seasons.
The Argentinian goalkeeper is currently in his tenth season with Palace. However current Eagles manager Tony Pulis may choose to discard the Palace veteran as it seems rather obvious that he wants to make changes to the club.
Speroni has pulled off some impressive performances this season, with seven clean sheets in the Premier League, he has played a vital role for Palace as they are currently sitting in 17th position after a disappointing defeat against Arsenal.
The 34-year-old has revealed talks have yet to begin over a new contract extension, and it seems likely that he may well lose his starting spot to Hennessey.
