Chelsea manager, Jose Mourinho, has continued to pile the pressure on Manchester City ahead of tonight's top of the table clash.
According to the Chelsea boss, City go into the game as big favourites, as well as favourites for the Premier League title.
"They are complete. The players are amazing, the squad is fantastic, but you also need the manager to do a good job and I think he is," Mourinho stated in his press conference.
"We need a bit more time, a few more players. Just a little bit. If we finish second it will be fantastic."
Chelsea currently lie third, three points behind City in second and five behind leaders Arsenal, though this being the former pair's game in hand over the Gunners.
Mourinho, who criticised West Ham for 'parking the bus' at Stamford Bridge last week insists he won't do the same, but admits it may not be in his hands, should the league's top goalscorers display their usual home form.
"I want to attack them," the Portuguese told the Daily Mail.
"Maybe after 10 minutes people will say I'm not attacking but, if I don't, it's because I can't."
Man City have scored 115 goals in all competitions this season, 42 of these coming at home in the Premier League.
Though they will be without 25-goal striker, Sergio Aguero, who will likely miss the whole of February with a returning hamstring injury.
Mourinho already has one up on tonight's opponents this season, winning November's encounter 2-1, thanks to Fernando Torres' 90th-minute winner.
