Premier League trio Chelsea, Tottenham and Arsenal have joined Manchester United and Manchester City in the race to sign Sheffield United's Diego De Girolamo, according to the Daily Mail.
Reports last month suggested both Manchester United and Manchester City were keeping a close eye on the 18-year-old forward.
And it now appears the two Manchester sides will face competition from London-based trio Chelsea, Tottenham and Arsenal in the battle to entice the Italian youngster away from Sheffield United.
Italian teenager De Girolamo is yet to feature in a competitive game for Sheffield United this season as he had been ruled out for 10 months with a knee injury.
De Girolamo scored a brace on his return for Sheffield United's development side after just 13 minutes.
Manchester United, Manchester City, Chelsea, Tottenham and Arsenal may be involved in a bidding war next summer if all five teams decide to make a move for De Girolamo at the end of the season.
