Jose Mourinho refuses to consider Chelsea to be contenders for the Premier League title, despite their impressive 1-0 victory at the Etihad Stadium on Monday night.

The Blues are now level with City and only two points behind leaders Arsenal, but Mourinho does not believe there to be a three horse race - claiming his team must 'drink more milk before they learn how to jump'.

Manchester United midfielder Anderson, currently on loan with Fiorentina, claims he was misquoted after he suggested a number of players want to leave Old Trafford.

Last season's champions have endured a difficult time under new manager David Moyes, but Anderson insists that he and others still have faith in the club.

Real Madrid are expected to appeal against the red card received by Cristiano Ronaldo during the weekend draw with Athletic Bilbao.

Ronaldo was sent off following an altercation with Athletic captain Carlos Gurpegi, and could be suspended for three matches if the Spanish FA uphold the referee's decision.

Now to the NBA, where the Miami Heat registered a fifth win in six after beating Detroit Pistons 102-92 on Monday.

Reigning two-time MVP LeBron James scored 24 points for the Heat, but was outdone by teammate Dwayne Wade who scored 30.
