The Los Angeles Lakers have been boosted ahead of their clash with the Minnesota Timberwolves tomorrow, as three of their stars look set for a return to action, reports CBSSports.

Lakers coach Mike D'Antoni revealed the likes of Steve Nash, Jordan Farmar, and Steve Blake are all in contention to take on the Timberwolves at the Target Center.

The Lakers will be desperate to end their six game losing streak tomorrow and the return of Nash and Co. may inspire them on.

Nash has been struggling with a back injury for a while now and will be hoping to put his woes behind him. Meanwhile the likes of Farmar and Blake will now be hoping to stay fit as the Lakers look to improve on their record of 16-31 this season.

However Minnesota are in need of victory themselves, after being defeated in back-to-back matches. Their latest setback came against the Atlanta Hawks as they went down 113-120 at the Philips Arena on Sunday.
