What's next for Irish rugby?

After an inspired weekend of rugby in the Six Nations tournament from both the men's and the women's rugby teams last weekend, what have the Irish sides got in them to show the rest of the teams that they mean business?
With a big game coming up this weekend for the mens side against last year's Grand Slam champions Wales, how will they fare up against a strong side who beat Italy 47-8 last Saturday?
The Irish lads have a confidence boost of seeing the return of Andrew Trimble and a try from him against Scotland last weekend. He put in an excellent performance and nobody would have guessed that he hasn't played a Six Nations game in two years.
When Trimble was asked after the Scotland game as to how he thinks the Welsh side are looking, he said: "When you look at that Welsh side there is massive quality, but to compare it to Ireland, we've got something similar."
Some records where broken by the Irish ladies last weekend as they ran in eleven tries against their Scottish opposition. The final score was 59-0 for the girls who didn't seem too troubled at all by what the Scots had to offer. Philip Doyle's Grand Slam winners dominated from start to finish.
