Chelsea winger Eden Hazard is targeting winning the Premier League following Monday's win over Manchester City.
Hazard believes his side are capable of overtaking Manchester City and Arsenal, and finish first for the first time since 2010.
Despite Monday's 1-0 win in Manchester, Jose Mourinho has played down his sides chances, insisting they will be a threat next year. Hazard, however, is confident they can reclaim the crown this year.
"We are aiming to win the league," he was quoted in the Sun. "It won't be easy, but we won't give up, we have the qualities needed to do it. Let's see what happens between now and the end of the season."
Chelsea are currently third in the table, like City, three points behind the Gunners, but many believe that under Mourinho's excellent stewardship, they can win the title.
It was another tactical masterclass from the 'special one' on Monday, and Hazard was keen to share the exploits. "Lots of people thought that we would just set out to defend but it was the opposite."
Chelsea defended brilliantly and counter-attacked well in ending City's %100 home record, hitting the woodwork three times after Branislav Ivanovic opened the scoring, and Hazard puts the result down to preparation.
"We analysed City's style of play and we came along to win. The three points will be important," he said. Mourinho and Petr Cech still believe Manuel Pellegrini's men are favourites, but it would be foolish to rule Chelsea, and Hazard, out of Premier League glory.
