Richard Sherman today gave everyone an up close view of what it is like to have just won the Super Bowl.

Released on his personal website, the video, which lasts five minutes, documents the immediate aftermath of the Seattle Seahawks dominant victory over the Denver Broncos at the MetLife Sunday night.

As well as conducting media interviews, we can see the outspoken cornerback being congratulated by his teammates and opposition alike.

At one point Broncos running back Knowshown Moreno comes up to congratulate the Seahawks man - and check on his injury:

"You alright brother?

"Congratulations, enjoy it man," he tells Sherman.

Losing graciously indeed.

As he hobbles around the field on crutches, the footage portrays the atmosphere and what it was like to be down on the field at the end of the fourth quarter.

It is also interesting to see the entourage that follow the Seahawks players - with one guy in black gloves particularly agitated by the media scrum that surrounds Sherman.

And it looks like that ticker tape gets everywhere!
