1. Mark Warburton

Since taking over at Brentford from Uwe Rosler ,Mark Warburton hasn't allowed standards to drop at all. In ten games Warburton has guided the Bees to eight wins and two draws.

Although Brentford sit top of League One they face a tough battle for automatic promotion.

Should Warburton continue get the same performances out of this team, however, then it's hard to see anyone finishing above them.

It seems a bit premature to suggest he is the number one performing manager in the country, however.
