Amar’e Stoudemire proves he's still got it

New York Knicks star Amar’e Stoudemire showed that he is still capable of scoring points by pulling off a fantastic slam dunk.

The 31-year-old has been used sparingly by Mike Woodson in recent weeks as the Knicks head coach believes he is not fully fit.

Stoudemire hit out at Woodson earlier in the week by stating he did not understand why he had been dropped.

The New York Knicks veteran started on the bench but came on to make a 22-minute cameo appearance.

And the power forward showed Woodson what he had been missing by scoring 15 points.

The pick of his dunks came when he dunked on Portland Trail Blazers center Meyers Leonard.

The Knicks went onto lose 94-90 against the Trail Blazers at Madison Square Garden.

You can watch Stoudemire's slam dunk, which was brought to our attention by Slam Online, above.
