We already know that Standford alumni are smart people. Richard Sherman and John Elway are among the athletes to have graduated from the prestigious university.

But at last nights California-Stanford basketball game, some Cal Bears fans decided to show the TV cameras just how smart they could be.

Whilst broadcasters Bill Walton and Dave Pasch did a piece to camera, one Bears fan can be seen working on a Rubiks cube throughout the segment. Although this could also be a testament to just how boring the game was (Stanford won 80-69 in a blowout).

For the record, California also boasts Herman Edwards and Jason Kidd amongst their alumni
