1) No dunks in the warm up please

Fans of the NBA might not be familiar with this ruling as it is common to see the games biggest stars showing off a little in the warm up as they reach for the rim.

But in high school, and NCAA basketball any such acts of flashiness are clearly frowned upon.

According to their laws, any team caught dunking during the warm up can be slapped with a technical foul by the officials.

This would result in the opposition given two free-throws before the game has even started.

Nothing like giving someone a head start eh?

We can't imagine how hard the likes of Blake Griffin must have found it back in college.
