Representatives of Edinson Cavani were spotted in London yesterday as the highly-rated striker considers a move to the Premier League later this year, according to the Daily Mail.
The striker is said to be concerned as he has been forced to play second fiddle to Ibrahimovic, after his high profile £54million move.
There were suggestions last month that Manchester United were looking to make a move for Cavani, with Manchester United representatives contacting Laurent Blanc, the PSG manager about his availability.
It is also widely documented that Jose Mourinho is looking for a world-class striker to add to his squad in the summer. After looking likely that he will miss out Wayne Rooney, Edinson Cavani will be a more than viable option.
Both clubs are looking to bolster their strike forces, Manchester United could be looking to replace Robin van Persie as the striker could be in line for a shock move back to Arsenal in the summer.
Chelsea's strike force are also past they're peak and Jose Mourinho will be looking to move them on, in favour of a new star striker.
However, PSG's owner Nasser El-Khelaifi has threatened to counter bid in the past, most notably when Barcelona were rumoured to be interested in Thiago Silva he claimed that he would "activate Lionel Messi's release clause". Therefore if a Premier League club was to bid for Cavani we could be in for an interesting summer.
