Manchester United boss David Moyes is hopeful that Phil Jones will be fit to play Fulham this weekend.

The England international had to be replaced in United's 2-1 defeat to Stoke City last weekend, and reports had suggested that the centre-back would be unavailable for the Red Devils' clash this weekend.

However, as reported by Manchester United's official Twitter account, the Red Devils boss said that Phil Jones has "a good chance" of playing against Fulham.

This will come as good news for Manchester United fans as the Premier League champions look to get back to winning ways this weekend against Rene Meulensteen's side.

The Old Trafford outfit are in seventh in the league and sit seven points behind rivals Liverpool, who currently occupy fourth place in the league and Jones and Co. must secure all three points again the Premier League strugglers this weekend.

Manchester United will then urn their attentions to a clash with Premier League leaders Arsenal as the battle towards the top of the division heats up.
