The Seattle Seahawks now have the eyes of the entire world upon them.

The reigning champions, the number 1 defense in the league for 2013 and very quickly being regarded as one of the best defenses ever... The plaudits go on.

Can they defend the trophy though? The last team to do so was the Patriots in 2005 and only the Broncos, 49ers, Dolphins, Steelers and the Packers have done so in the now 49 year history of the Vince Lombardi Trophy.

You have to think that they can’t do any worse than the following 5 teams who, after winning their rings, crumbled to losing records and team woes.
