Kobe Bryant was not best pleased with the sight of LA Lakers teammate Chris Kaman taking a nap on the empty bench in last Wednesday's win over the Cleveland Cavaliers.

The Lakers ran out 119-108 winners at the Quicken Loans Arena in Ohio, but there was much mirth when cameras caught the 7ft Kaman laying out on the bench while the game was still going on in front of him.

Bryant was not present at the game, instead staying in LA to continue recovery from a knee injury, but he saw the 'nap' incident and was not best pleased by it all.

In fact, the five-time NBA champion thought the Lakers whole three-game road trip, finishing 2-1 in matches with the Cavs, Philadelphia and Minnesota was a bit of a messy trip.

"The last week's been horrible. That Cleveland game, it was crazy. And then Kaman goes to sleep on the bench, it's like when big brother is not around, you start doing crazy [stuff]," he is quoted as saying by ESPN.

Kaman's little snooze went viral over the past week and amused commentators on the match, which you can see in the video above.

He was able to have so much space because injuries to Bryant, Pau Gasol, Jodie Meeks, Jordan Hill and Steve Nash left the Lakers with only eight available players on the night.
