Serie A giants Inter Milan will pursue their interest in either Nani or Erik Lamela in the summer, according to the Daily Mail.
Inter Milan were said to be keen on signing Lamela on loan in January as Tottenham's £30million record signing has failed to settle into life at White Hart Lane.
However Inter were unable to agree a deal with Tottenham as they are hopeful the Argentine international will eventually replicate the kind of form that he showed at Roma.
The 21-year-old, who has started just three games for Tottenham so far this season, was hoping that he could seal a move back to Italy so he can cement a place in Argentina's World Cup squad.
Inter are planning on renewing their interest in the attacking midfielder but may find it difficult in convincing Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy into either selling or loaning out Lamela.
The Serie A outfit will make a move for Manchester United winger Nani if they cannot tempt Lamela to the San Siro.
Nani, who signed a new five-year deal in September, could be allowed to leave Old Trafford in the summer as he has fallen behind the likes of Adnan Januzaj, Juan Mata and Antonio Valencia in the Manchester United pecking order.
