Olympiacos v Manchester United

The first leg of this particular match-up does not take place until next week, but we are looking to profile each Premier League team first.

It has been a season of struggle and considerable toil for David Moyes in his first few months as Manchester United boss, with this squad largely underperforming as they have slumped to seventh in the Premier League - 15 points adrift of leaders Chelsea and nine points behind fourth-placed Liverpool.

Despite their domestic struggles, however, Manchester United have been mostly impressive in the Champions League and topped Group A without losing a game.

Olympiacos, while 20 points clear of the competition in the Greek Super League, are relative minnows on this stage and will be without star striker Kostas Mitroglou who moved to Fulham last month.

Manchester United are desperately low on confidence and this *should* be the game to lift their spirits.
