Manchester City midfielder Yaya Toure believes that his team have a great chance of winning the Champions League.
Speaking ahead of the first leg clash with Barcelona on Tuesday, Toure told reporters: "I do believe we have the manager, the players, the squad to win the Champions League. I'd like that, to win the Champions League again and if we don't do it this season, I think we can do it in the future."
Tuesday's game will be the first time Toure has played against his former side since he left in 2010. The Ivory Coast international is looking to win the tournament for the second time, after being in the victorious Barcelona side of 2009, defeating Manchester United in the final in Rome.
City are still in contention to win all four major trophies this season and Toure is confident in the team's ability to gain silverware this season.
He continued: "We are in four competitions and I believe we can at least win two of them this season. Our main objective is the Champions League and I know what it feels like to win that and want to win that again."
In order to reach the next round, City must first find a way past Barcelona, but Toure is looking forward to the challenge.
The midfielder added: "I am really looking forward to going back to the Nou Camp to play because the fans were always fantastic to me there."
