Watch: Arkansas football recruit shatters backboard on alley-oop dunk

Published Add your comment

JaMario Bell, a junior from Junction City, Arkansas, is already committed to the Razorbacks football program.

Which is a shame because, if this video is anything to go by, it seems football's potential gain, is basketball's loss.

Bell is a four star rated defensive end due to leave for college as part of the class of 2015, and at 6' 6" and 230 pounds he is an exciting prospect on the football field.

But, playing for his high school in a recent game, Bell proved that he has the skills on the basketball court too.

Set up by his Junction City teammate, Bell rises high to catch the ball before bringing it down hard on the dunk - so hard that the glass backboard comes down with him.

His team were leading 51-25 at the time.

We are guessing there was a little unscheduled time-out after Bell's monster dunk though!
