The Champions League resumes tonight with Bayer Leverkusen V Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester City V Barcelona kicking off the Round of 16. But who will be the winners and who will be the losers?

Bayer Leverkusen V PSG: This Champions League clash sees Laurent Blanc's PSG travel to the BayArena to face off against German side Bayer Leverkusen - but who will come out on top?

Obviously PSG go into the game as favourites and rightly so as Leverkusen do not look like they have sufficient enough firepower up front to deal with the PSG defence and PSG just look way too powerful up front.

I think this is the game where Zlatan Ibrahimovic will prove to the world that he means business and is willing to carry the PSG team if needs be to win these games in the Champions League and maybe even win the tournament.

The only hope I would have for Leverkusen is if they can hold off PSG's great forwards from scoring and maybe beat the French side on the counter attack to score but I doubt this will happen and I believe we may, sadly for Leverkusen, see a hammering tonight at the BayArena and likewise in Paris for the return leg.

First leg prediction: Bayer Leverkusen 1-3 Paris Saint Germain.

Second leg prediction: Paris Saint Germain 4-0 Bayer Leverkusen

(PSG 7-1 Bayer Leverkusen Agg)

Manchester City V Barcelona: This match has been hyped up as being the tie of the last 16 with two teams who are favourites to win their domestic Leagues but also reach the final of the Champions League. Of course only one team can progress on to the quarter-finals but it will be interesting to see how this match plays out.

When the two European giants clash tonight I believe we will be witnessing one of the matches of the season. Barcelona go into the game on the back of a 6-0 win last weekend and City likewise go into the game coming off of a 2-0 win against Chelsea, so both of these teams are in good form. Both City and Barcelona are very attacking sides so we will be seeing very pressing fast matches in both legs with plenty of shots.

Tonight though, I see City just scraping a win although when they travel to Barcelona we may see a different story with Gerardo Martino's side proving too strong at the Nou Camp.

1st leg prediction: Man City 2-1 Barcelona

2nd leg prediction: Barcelona 2-0 Man City

( Barcelona 3-2 Man City Agg)

AC Milan Vs Atletico Madrid: Tomorrow night Italian side AC Milan will face off against Spanish side Atletico Madrid. Milan look like a rejuvenated side since Clarence Seedorf took over as manager last month. Although they currently lie ninth in Serie A, I think they may surprise a few people tomorrow night and score a few goals - putting the Spanish side under pressure.

Ultimately, though, I see Atletico Madrid coming out as the victors and progressing on to the Champions League quarter final with the Spanish side proving to be too powerful for Milan with striker Diego Costa getting the goals for that will put the tie beyond reach.

1st leg prediction: AC Milan 1-1 Atletico Madrid

2nd leg prediction: Atletico Madrid 2-0 AC Milan

(AC Milan 1-3 Atletico Madrid Agg)

Arsenal V Bayern Munich: Another great tie in this season's Champions League, we will see North London side Arsenal play the most complete side in Europe: Bayern Munich.

This is for me the most exciting game in the round of 16 with Arsenal - who are in good form and look like a completely different side from last season - go up against Bayern Munich, who are also in good form.

I believe it will be a tight affair in both legs and we will see Bayern Munich struggle to break down Arsenal's defence as easily as last year. I think we will see high-scoring matches in both legs with the result going down to the closest of scores.

In the end I believe it will be Munich that progress but Arsenal fans shouldn't feel too down as they probably will go on and win the tournament again.

1st leg prediction: Arsenal 2-2 Bayern Munich

2nd leg prediction: Bayern Munich 3-2 Arsenal

(Arsenal 4-5 Bayern Munich Agg)
